HowToSurvive.in is a public-awareness initiative of VFF India Foundation, connected with the life-safety mission of Shivay Fire & Life Safety.
2. Information we collect
We may receive an email address for newsletter subscription; a name, email address and comment when a reader comments; information submitted through a contact form; and limited technical information such as IP address, browser details and security logs.
3. Newsletter subscriptions
A newsletter request remains pending until the reader uses the confirmation link. Subscription information is used only for HowToSurvive.in updates. A reader may unsubscribe using the link supplied with subscription communications or by contacting us.
4. Public comments
An approved comment, its display name and public replies are visible to everyone. Email addresses, IP addresses and moderation information are not displayed publicly. Comments may be held for review, rejected or removed when they contain spam, abuse, personal data, unsupported allegations or dangerous advice.
5. Cookies and technical data
WordPress, security tools, embedded media and analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies. Necessary cookies support security and site operation. Optional measurement or external-media functions should be used only as described by the relevant notice or consent control.
